Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the use of our services, including yacht charters, bookings, and interactions with our website.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a charter booking, full deposit must be made unless subject to payment installments which would be discussed on or before deposit. in case of installments, The remaining balance is due after 48 hours prior to departure. Failure to pay the balance within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of your charter booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: All of the deposit will be retained.
• 15–30 days before departure: 80% of the total booking cost.
• Less than 14 days before departure: 50% refunds will be issued.
• After the departure date No refunds will be issued.
• Please note that a manual handling fee of 2% of the charter amount would be paid subsequently to be eleigible to withdraw the refund

3. Usage Guidelines

Guests are required to adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the captain and crew. Any damages to the yacht or its equipment caused by negligence will be charged to the guest.

4. Liability

Aqualatitude yachts is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the use of our services. Guests participate at their own risk and are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance.

5. Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide an alternative arrangement or issue a full refund.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while protecting the interests of both parties.
